Summary
In collaboration with Agile Meridian, if you’re a BA in an organization moving from waterfall to Agile does that mean you’ll be lost with nothing to do? We certainly don’t think so. BAs have arguably the most important role in an Agile project, because they talk to everyone involved. This course will show you how to combine your existing analysis skills with Agile tools and techniques. This means you’ll be better equipped to deliver value to your organization, manage all of the stakeholder wish lists and help your team be successful. As well as keeping your colleagues happy you’ll find yourself in a more exciting and fulfilling role as you see the work you do impact each iteration of product delivery. Far from being lost you’ll have found a way to be more successful. The first two days of this course overlap with the Agile Product Ownership course, so you will learn the skills and techniques of Product Ownership and then spend an additional day seeing how the skills and techniques of business analysis can be leveraged to make agile projects even more successful.

Prerequisites
While its useful if you’ve had experience as a Product Owner or as a Business Analyst, it’s not required. We will include access to a preparatory course in the basics of Agile and Scrum so that you can hit the ground running when you join our class!

Refund Policy
Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.
