The ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT module is for anyone looking to understand the role IT and digitally enabled services have in relation to the environment, whilst exploring opportunities to positively impact it.
Based on the ITIL 4 framework, the module highlights key sustainability competencies and capabilities that service organizations should develop and build capacity within their teams to effectively address current and future sustainability challenges; including providing a framework to support organizations during procurement and supply chain activities, which can help interactions across the supply chain to practice sustainable IT.
ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT enables professionals to

The relevant key concepts from the ITIL 4 framework will be covered as part of the mandatory accredited training required for the module, to enable full understanding of the core material. Accredited training can only be purchased as part of a package that includes the exam.

The successful completion of practical assessments are required prior to taking the ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT exam. These assessments will be completed during the class.

Participants who cancel less than 6 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. If a participant requests to reschedule their class within 6 business days, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee is required to enroll in a new session. Participants are eligible for a tuition refund only when requested more than 6 business days before class starts.
