Course Description

The Product Backlog is the center of any Agile product development. Without it, the team does not know what to build when. The biggest issue reported once a team has mastered Scrum or Kanban basics is that the user stories aren’t working. In this course we will take a deep-dive into all of the elements needed to have effective user stories that work to support a consolidated product backlog.
