In ACI’s two-day Certified Agile Leader (CAL-1) course, students will complete our Scrum Alliance-accredited Agile leadership curriculum. This class explores the definition, utility, and application of Agile leadership, as well as the mindset, knowledge, and awareness needed to serve Agile teams as a direct leader. Students will learn the 12 conditions that underlie the formation of high-performing Agile teams and essential coaching skills for nurturing them. Students also explore the impact of organizational structure on business Agility, learn to conceptualize value flow, and apply an empirical approach to organizational change management. Our Certified Agile Leader training is a highly interactive experience. Participants will apply Agile leadership fundamentals, scaling, and teaming principles to the dynamics of their own organization.

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, students will acquire the Certified Agile Leader (CAL-1) credential. This certification is governed and maintained by the Scrum Alliance.

This is a live online (virtual) class. After registering, students will receive the Zoom weblink to join the training. We recommend that students download the Zoom web-based application prior to joining class.

Cancellation Policy

Students submitting cancellation requests 10 business days or more prior to the start of the course are entitled to a full refund. Students submitting cancellation requests less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course will be offered a credit toward a future ACI course of equivalent value, or a refund less a processing fee of $200. Should the organizer cancel the course for any reason, each registered student will be issued a full refund.
