Develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise by becoming a SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). In this immersive two-day course, attendees gain a deep understanding of how to effectively perform the Product Owner and Product Manager roles on the Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver value through Program Increments (PIs).

Participants learn how to apply Lean thinking to break down Epics into Features and Features into Stories, refine and prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure alignment and value delivery. The course also explores how Product Owners and Product Managers contribute to PI Planning, execution, and relentless improvement—while leveraging the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and fostering a DevOps culture.

Attendees who pass the certification exam earn the SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.

Prerequisites

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience.

However, the following are highly recommended for those planning to take the SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification exam:

• Attend a Leading SAFe® course

• Experience working in a SAFe environment

• Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications

Refund Policy

Participants who cancel fewer than 6 business days before the start of class, or who do not attend class without prior written notice, will forfeit their tuition.

If a participant requests to reschedule within 6 business days of the course start date, tuition is non-refundable and a $200 administrative fee will apply to enroll in a new session.

Tuition refunds are available only when cancellation is requested more than 6 business days before the class start date.
