Ray Angelone
Ray Angelone is a seasoned Enterprise Lean-Agile coach, advisor, and trainer with extensive experience guiding organizations through digital transformation and Agile adoption. He started as a mechanical and then software engineer, spending most of his career with EMC develop digital storage products. With a proven track record in software delivery and organizational change, Ray specializes in helping teams and enterprises transition from traditional to iterative, value-driven delivery models.
Ray leverages a holistic, adaptive consulting style that addresses both operational and cultural barriers to agility. He believes in a people-first approach, focusing on the culture, psychological safety and stakeholder management. Instead of Agile, Ray’s goal is to improve the flow of value, using adaptive and iterative approaches.
Ray has successfully partnered with organizations across diverse sectors—including technology, banking, pharmaceuticals, and higher education—to deliver measurable improvements in business value, release rates, and team performance.
